All i have are photograph's, a suicide note, some poetry you wrote and some bits and pieces belonging to you. I will treasure them forever. I hardly knew you but i know you are always with me, guiding me now, the way you wanted to back then. xxxxx
YOUR FLOWERS ON YOUR RESTING PLACE.

I went to your resting place just the other day
I wanted to talk to you for I had so much to say
I sat beside your grave with tears down my face
I don't know why I cried for your In a better place
I wiped my tears with my hand..
As I thought of you In a better land
I put some flowers on your grave..
And thought of you In heaven so brave
I love and miss you with all my heart
I always have right from the start
Your flowers were so beautiful with a spray of white and gold
Oh how I wish I could take the flowers back to the florist
For It Is you my sweet angel that I want to love and hold.
So for now my love I shall say Goodbye..
As I wipe the last tear from my eye
I shall come back to your resting place In another week
For I am so sad my sweet angel and I cannot speak
I know you would not want me to cry and be so sad
As I know your safe In heaven above..
And for that I am so Glad
I still long you have you here Dad, long to be hugged by you when times are rough, to be able to tell you when I have good news. You would love your great grandson Henley, he's a little giggler and smiler and I know he would of loved you. Wish you were here Dad

Remember they are still with us,
We see their faces every day,
When we raise our Christmas glasses,
They are not too far away.
Though they're not here in body,
Their spirit is still here,
And as long as we remember this,
They always will be near.

The window of Heaven is open,
The angels can fly to and fro,
And those that I love can all gather,
And look down at Christmas below.
For Christmas is special in Heaven,
The love is so easy to see,
And down from the window at Christmas,
God sends a present to me.
"I will forever be with you,
Your side, I shall always be near,
And though you may not always see me,
In your heart I will always be there.
I will warm up your soul during Christmas,
My love is a fire burning bright,
Then my blanket of love will surround you,
And keep you all through the night.
On the brink of your Christmas morning,
I'll be the star at the top of the tree,
Shining my light on your teardrops,
You'll see a reflection of me.
Then as the gifts are all opened,
With the children encircling the hearth,

Birthday
Sorry I am late with this Dad, I hadn't forgotten, just not been in a good place. Forever I will regret not knowing you better, not knowing why you did this, forever I will long for my dad :( Happy birthday though Dad, I know you will be doing fine in the spirit world and keeping them all busy.

If Only
I think about you often and the pain you must have gone through
If only you had found another way to ease the pain , something else to do.
Something that would of helped you and made things better
Instead all I got was a letter.
Your final goodbye, written inside the cover of a book
It's hard for me to read it, it's hard for me to look.
I'll treasure it until the end of my days
daysWhile in the background, the music softly plays.
Keep writing your poetry over the other side
I'll wipe away the tears I have cried
Cos I know I will see you again
No more sorrow for you Dad, no more pain.
